This transition module introduces the core foundational concepts of ITIL (Version 5) and then builds on them with key guidance from the ITIL Experience, ITIL Product, ITIL Service, and ITIL Transformation areas. ITIL 4 Managing Professional or ITIL 4 Master or ITIL v3 Expert or ITIL v3 Master must be achieved prior to attending this course. When will this course be available?
