What SIAM Directory Membership means
Scopism is clear that Directory Membership is not an accreditation or a formal assessment of capability. It is a mark of recognition and community standing, built on a foundation of certified SIAM knowledge across our team. It sits alongside the credentials we already hold, giving our clients another point of reference when they are choosing who to work with on a SIAM initiative.
For ITSM Hub, membership also brings access to the current SIAM Body of Knowledge under commercial licence, and SIAM Essentials eLearning licences that we can extend to clients as a lightweight, practical introduction to SIAM concepts. This sits well alongside our existing certification pathway and gives organisations an easy entry point before committing to full Foundation or Professional training.
Where this fits with what we already offer
SIAM has been part of ITSM Hub's certification training for some time. We deliver EXIN-accredited SIAM Foundation and SIAM Professional courses for consultants, service managers, and business relationship, change and commercial managers working across multi-vendor supplier environments. Directory membership does not change that offering. It reinforces it, and puts us in front of organisations who are actively looking for it.
